- Prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls, and other Japanese dishes with consistency and quality
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
- Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Work efficiently during peak hours and collaborate with kitchen staff
- Help develop new menu items and seasonal specials
