We are a growing insurance agency specializing in home, auto, farm, and commercial insurance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:

Develop long lasting relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.

Provide expert advice on insurance products and services.

Assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage options and explain policy features and benefits.

Process new insurance applications and renewals in a timely manner.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to better serve clients.

Contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
Qualifications:

Previous insurance experience or successful completion of related education.

Possess either RIBO or OTL license (preferred) or the ability to obtain the required credentials.

Experience with “Power Broker” broker management system an asset.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow in the insurance field.
