The Opportunity
As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new business customers and developing long-term relationships with existing clients. You will engage directly with local businesses seeking to reach hotel guests through the Metaguest platform, utilizing a combination of outbound prospecting, virtual meetings, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and engage new business opportunities through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline through outbound outreach and lead follow-up.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present customized solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close new business opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Account Management
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and strategic partners.
- Understand client objectives and recommend solutions that support their business goals.
- Support customer retention and account growth initiatives.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to provide market feedback and customer insights.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive developments, and evolving customer needs.
- Contribute ideas that improve sales processes, customer experience, and overall business performance.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles is considered an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting outbound prospecting activities, including phone calls and email outreach.
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with business owners and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot is an asset.
- Familiarity with digital advertising, hospitality, SaaS, or technology solutions is beneficial but not required.

Compensation Structure
- Base Salary: $50,000 CAD
- Uncapped Commission Program
- Stock Option Opportunities (Eligibility Based)
