ReCar Vehicle Consultant responsibilities include:
- Although there is a base salary, this is a sales position, so the idea of selling someone an exciting big-ticket item like a vehicle needs to not only excite you, but it needs to really excite you!
- Providing exceptional service throughout our Guest’s experience. This is a Customer Service position that requires an aptitude for Sales as well.
- Communicating effectively in-person, over the phone and digitally to discover our Guest’s wants and needs.
- Serving as an advocate for ReCar by sharing what makes us the smart choice.
- Navigating and using various provided computer programs as tools to assist in our Guest Consultation.
- Consulting and guiding your customers to the appropriate next step based on their situation.
- Facilitating steps of the sale, such as the assisting our Guests through Vehicle Demonstration, Test Drives and collecting information for Trade Appraisals.
- Reading, collecting, and transcribing data in order to complete accurate paperwork.
- Seeking out opportunities for self-development, participating in training, and welcoming performance feedback.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating excellent teamwork.
- Maintaining the sales area so our vehicles and products are neatly and accurately displayed.
- Working with Social Media on a mandated and regular basis to assist in moving the brand as well as your success forward.
A Salary of $32,000 per year is offered for this position, and along with customer service and performance-based incentives the Vehicle Advisor will make $50,000 - $65,000 in total annual income. We also offer full benefits and the opportunity for growth within our company. This position is available in Fredericton, New Brunswick and is available immediately.
