GAIN Vancouver is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Financial Services Manager. In this role, you’ll provide tailored finance and insurance solutions, collaborate closely with the sales team, and contribute to the dealership’s ongoing success. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with luxury and specialty automotive brands in a supportive, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with the General Sales Manager and General Manager to drive finance and insurance revenue.
- Present financing options, extended warranties, and protection products to new and pre-owned vehicle clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to offer competitive programs.
- Ensure all paperwork is complete, compliant, and submitted accurately and on time.
- Educate clients about after-market and insurance products in a clear, professional manner.
- Support the sales team in early-stage financing conversations.
- Step in to assist or cover Sales Operations when the Sales Manager is away.
- Provide coaching and support to the sales team to help improve finance penetration and product knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment that encourages shared success.
- Prepare and review monthly finance performance reports.
- Adhere to all VSA and provincial regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in automotive finance or a similar role in the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- VSA license (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with a proactive and collaborative approach.
