POSITION: DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING
Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for leading and managing the hotel's sales and marketing functions, as well as its performance in terms of revenue, profitability, and competitive RevPAR index. The role also includes overseeing group and banquet management.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan, including market research, pricing strategy, promotions/advertising, distribution, and communication.
- Lead the hotel's marketing strategies based on customer trends and established development plans.
- Coordinate with the Public Relations department for advertising needs, writing, and press releases.
Sales:
- Manage the implementation of sales policies and programs, in collaboration with relevant department heads.
- Develop and maintain business opportunities through proactive business development actions.
- Support the regional sales efforts of Urgo Hotels to maximize business opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during and after service delivery, and handle complaints if necessary.
- Analyze sales reports to optimize performance.
Revenue Management:
- Analyze the STR report to competitively position the hotel in the market.
Banquets:
- Oversee sales meetings and ensure effective planning of upcoming events.
- Coordinate the various hotel departments (Front Office, Banquets, F&B, Finance) for seamless event organization.
