Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive bookkeepr to join our team. This role is essential in providing accounting support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting particularly within real estate office, Trust Account Reconciliation and possess strong organizational skills. You will be responsible for day to day accounting, such as Journal Entries, Bank Deposits, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliation.
Duties
- Answer phone calls and manage accounting inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- General Accounting Duties
- Filling, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain organized records of client information and office correspondence.
Experience
- Previous experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate office procedures is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
