Responsibilities
- We need our candidates to be strong with Math and be comfortable with calculations.
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Utilize analysis skills to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by effectively communicating the benefits of additional products or services.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette during all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus; fluency in both English and Punjabi is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
