The Warranty Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing both warranty-related work and regular site operations on assigned projects. This role ensures quality workmanship, timely completion, and strong communication with clients, builders, and internal teams across.
Key Responsibilities
Warranty Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all warranty and deficiency-related work
- Inspect reported issues and determine required repairs
- Schedule and supervise crews and sub-trades for warranty work
- Communicate with clients and builders regarding warranty issues and timelines
- Conduct follow-up inspections to confirm completion and satisfaction
Site Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities for drywall
- Coordinate and manage crews, subcontractors, and deliveries
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and company standards
- Maintain site safety and enforce all safety policies and procedures
- Monitor project schedules and report progress or issues to management
- Conduct site inspections and address deficiencies promptly
- Communicate with builders, inspectors, and other trades as needed
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in the drywall industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of drywall and insulation
- Experience managing clients and sub-trades on residential and/or commercial projects
- Valid driver’s license and ability to provide a current driver’s abstract
