The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated Business Sales Advisor to join our team in Sydney, NS. In this role, you will be the face of our retail location while also engaging with our clients via inbound and outbound calls. Whether you are a seasoned sales pro or someone with a natural talent for customer service, we provide the extensive training and support you need to succeed.
Duties
- Deliver a world-class customer experience every time someone walks into a GBS location.
- Promote and sell wireless & wireline services; Business Mobility, Business
- Connect, Telus Secure Business and IT Solutions to Small Business
- Clients in-store and through prospecting.
- Understand and be fully knowledgeable on all Business Solutions, current promos, offers and be able to clearly communicate it to clients
- Goal setting and results planning activities with your team.
- Daily coaching conversations with your leads
- Use the TELUS online activation system and our POS system to process your transactions.
- Process contracts and other administrative work required by the position.
- Open or close the store location and be available to work any shift the retail location is open.
- Utilize CRM tools to keep track of business accounts, sales and prospects. Exercise proper hygiene and keep the CRM tool up-to-date and organized.
- Prospecting via different avenues to generate leads and convert them into sales and revenue.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, agreements, and supporting documentation as required.

- Motivated to overachieve minimum expectation levels of performance and challenge your teammates in contests and incentives.
- Computer literacy is essential.

- Good presentation skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- At least 19 years old.
- Legally able to work within Canada.

Pay: $36,400.00-$48,880.00 per year
