Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of equipment, and helping ensure the homes and buildings we manage are safe, comfortable, and cared for. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on properties and equipment to identify potential issues before they lead to bigger problems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to diagnose and resolve issues promptly
- Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools, power tools, and other specialized equipment
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities
- Complete property renovations where required
- Respond quickly to emergency repair requests
Skills
- General building maintenance and repair experience
- Basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with painting, drywall repair, and finishing work
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Knowledge of building systems and equipment operation
- Safe operation of hand and power tools
- Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently

The Maintenance Technician is a key member of our team, helping ensure the homes and buildings we manage are safe, comfortable, and cared for. Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
