Your Day-to-Day Mission
As HR Business Partner, you play a key role within Groupe Nordik's human resources team. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you take charge of end-to-end recruitment for the head office, while actively contributing to organizational development projects and day-to-day HR matters. You are the go-to resource for managers on everything related to talent acquisition, new employee onboarding, and the evolution of our HR practices. Your Contribution to the Team Will Include:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to hiring recommendations, ensuring follow-up in ADP Workforce Now
-
Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build pools of qualified candidates
-
Coordinate selection testing and new employee onboarding plans
-
Produce and analyze recruitment metrics to guide decision-making

Contribute to reviewing the organizational structure, job descriptions, and HR processes (onboarding, performance, succession planning)

Support managers with change management and improving team management practices

Support internal organizational communications and events (newsletters, LinkedIn, team activities)
-
Contribute to creating and coordinating online training for leaders and employees, and support LMS management

Act as a resource for day-to-day HR matters, sensitive situations, and cross-functional projects (compensation, health and safety, compliance)
To Succeed in This Role, You Will:

Hold a bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, or a related field

Have at least 3 years of experience in human resources in a fast paced environment, including significant recruitment experience

Have experience in organizational development

Master an HR management system such as ADP Workforce Now
-
Communicate fluently in French and English, both spoken and written
-
Demonstrate rigour and autonomy in managing multiple files at once
-
A CHRP designation (or in progress) - is an asset
