310T Apprentice Truck & Coach Technician
Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $25–$30/hour
We are currently looking for a motivated 2nd or 3rd Year 310T Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside licensed technicians in a professional shop environment with opportunities for continued learning and growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostic testing to determine mechanical issues and identify worn or damaged components
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing trucks and trailers
- Complete preventative maintenance and follow-up repairs
- Support licensed technicians with repairs related to safety inspections
- Occasionally assist mobile technicians with on-site service repairs
- Perform basic metal fabrication and welding on steel and aluminum components
- Conduct test drives to verify vehicle performance and repair quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Qualifications
- Registered 310T Apprentice (2nd or 3rd Year preferred)
- Valid registration as a 310T Apprentice
- Own tools required
- Basic understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and truck/trailer components
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from licensed technicians
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
