As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering food and beverages promptly and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are noted.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests.
- Assist in the training of new staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including menu knowledge and service techniques.
