Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Renovation Specialist execute a wide range of renovation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship, precise planning, and efficient execution. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately plan renovation tasks.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and effectively during various phases of construction.
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cabinet installation, flooring, tile laying, and drywall setup.
- Conduct concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to reinforce structures or create new surfaces.
- Execute plumbing and electrical work in compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.
- Apply construction estimating skills to assess project scope, materials needed, and timelines for efficient project management.
- Carry out restoration projects involving demolition, surface preparation, painting, caulking, and surface finishing to restore or upgrade existing structures.
- Operate heavy equipment as required for excavation or large-scale construction tasks.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards by adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices.
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in renovation or remodeling projects.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Hands-on experience with carpentry, masonry, concrete finishing, tiling, flooring installation, plumbing, electrical systems, welding, and restoration work.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and construction painting techniques.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to construction sites.
Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
