We’re Hiring!
We are currently looking to fill a full-time, permanent position for a Senior Digital, Retail Media and Content Manager in our Marketing Department at our Leamington office.
What You'll Do:
Social Media & Digital Engagement
-
Lead the channel strategy, content planning, and execution across all major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest + others)

Build and manage the social media content calendar in collaboration with the Director, Brand Experiences & Communications
-
Manage external agency partners responsible for social content creation ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and timelines.

Oversee both organic and paid social campaigns, optimizing content and spend to deliver measurable results
-
Manage influencer programs and agency partnerships to support content delivery and brand consistency
-
Review and synthesize analytics and reporting; translate insights into actionable recommendations for Marketing Leadership
Website & Digital Experience
-
Serve as the day-to-day lead on the Nature Fresh Farms website redesign and relaunch, partnering with the Director on strategic decisions and managing the external agency relationship
-
Collaborate with Creative and Communications teams to ensure website content and design remain on brand throughout the redesign process
-
Following relaunch, own ongoing website management including content updates, maintenance, and optimization
-
Support SEO/SEM strategy and monitor performance through Google Analytics 4 and search tools
-
Ensure product, brand, and corporate content reflect current campaigns and storytelling priorities
-
Drive improvements to navigation, UX, mobile experience, and digital performance
Retail Media Networks & Shopper Marketing
-
Build and manage retail media partnerships with key strategic customers
-
Create integrated shopper and retail media programs that connect digital storytelling to in-store impact
-
Work with Sales teams to align messaging, seasonal priorities, and activation timing
-
Track and analyze retail media campaign performance using retailer dashboards and sales data
-
Share insights and recommendations with Marketing Leadership to guide future investment and planning
Content Strategy & Production
-
Lead execution of digital and retail media content in alignment with overall brand strategy and campaign priorities
-
Manage content planning, production workflows, and delivery across digital, social, retail media, and web channels
-
Brief Creative teams and manage internal and external agency deliverables for social content
-
Maintain the master content calendar across digital, retail media, and web
-
Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and campaign priorities
Budget Management
-
Manage allocated budgets for paid social, retail media, and digital initiatives responsibly and strategically
-
Maximize return on investment across agency fees, media spend, and content production
-
Track spending against plan and provide regular budget status updates to the Director
-
Recommend budget reallocations based on performance data and emerging opportunities
Data, Analytics & Reporting
-
Build unified dashboards across digital, social, and retail media platforms
-
Measure performance against KPIs including reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, and ROI
-
Integrate analytics from GA4, retail media networks, and social dashboards into actionable reporting
-
Present insights and recommendations to Marketing Leadership to guide future planning
Innovation & Digital Transformation
-
Stay current with emerging trends in digital marketing, retail media, CPG shopper engagement, and social platforms
-
Evaluate new technologies and tools that improve brand storytelling and digital performance
-
Lead test-and-learn initiatives to drive innovation and continuous improvement
-
Support digital upskilling across the Marketing team
Collaboration & Process Management
-
Collaborate with Brand, Product, Creative, Sales, and Events teams ensuring coordinated campaign execution
-
Partner with Creative, Insights, and Communications to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time
-
Drive process improvements related to digital workflows, content approvals, and campaign coordination
-
Ensure best practices are consistently applied across digital and retail media initiatives
General
-
Comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures

What You Bring:
-
7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, retail media, or omnichannel marketing (CPG or produce preferred)
-
Proven ability to manage social media, website ecosystems, and retail media partnerships
-
Strong experience managing external agency partners and vendor relationships
-
Strong content execution background (copy, video, photography coordination)
-
Proficiency in GA4, SEO/SEM tools, Meta Business Suite, and social analytics platforms
-
Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills
-
Strong collaboration, communication, and project management abilities
-
Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend
-
Experience with retailer.com optimization and digital shelf management
-
Familiarity with CRM systems, CMS platforms, and marketing automation
-
Experience in brand storytelling or consumer insights
-
Exposure to omnichannel or shopper marketing environments
-
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-
Very high degree of confidentiality and integrity required regarding all aspects of the business.

Valid driver's license and use of personal vehicle are required as needed.

Valid passport with the ability to travel to the U.S. or internationally as required.

Ability to maintain respectful relationships at all levels within and outside the organization.

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines within in a fast-paced environment.

Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and extended hours if needed.
