Digital Account Manager
Role Summary:
As a Digital Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients and will develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies. You will be the main point of contact when it comes to PPC, SEO & Creative. You are digitally savvy and have a solid understanding of online marketing programs. You are an excellent communicator who can take on strategic plans and analytical data. You have excellent account management skills and can deliver performance driven solutions leveraging a wide range of SEM and SEO marketing tactics.

*This role is based out of Pickering office. It is a full time 6 month contract with the intention of leading to full time permanent position. The first 3 month will be full time in office Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Upon successfully competing your 3 months the role can be hybrid twice a week in office. *
Requirements:
- Experience with digital reporting, tracking and analytics. Must demonstrate daily working knowledge in SEM Rush, Google Ads and GA4.
- Minimum 7+ years of advance knowledge and technical application in SEO & PPC (Search & Social).
- Lead client relationships and manage the overall account management process for your assigned accounts. Approx. portfolio size is 10 + clients not industry specific.
- Must have strong business acumen and digital knowledge to manage and grow client accounts. Account Managers are expected to develop and lead strategy but also expected to address any issues and trouble shoot when required.
- Prepare and lead all monthly meetings with appropriate recommendations, insights and next step recommendations. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
