WHAT THIS CHALLENGE IS ABOUT

The Student Intern, Client Relations, is tasked with assisting the team in their everyday activities.

Main responsibilities:
Welcome business partners, tenants and suppliers to the WTCM head office;
Respond to visitor enquiries and requests at the WTCM reception desk;
Receive documents and packages;
Help to prepare various reports (quality audits, tenant lists, etc.);
Assist the Client Relations team with communications and notices to tenants.

Financial and Administrative Process Quality

Provide administrative support, including writing, answering correspondence, creating files, drafting reports, preparing spending reports, etc.;
Assist in billing tenants for requested additional services;
Under the supervision of the Client Relations team, help verify contract invoices before payment;
Help review subcontractor invoices for services rendered;
Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor or required as part of the job.

What we’re looking for
Enrolment in a college diploma (DEC) in office administration, a university degree or other relevant program;
Excellent spoken and written French. Working knowledge of English;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client focus;
Detail-oriented and meticulous;
Organized and efficient;
Able to work independently, with good planning and time management skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
