We are looking for a Great Sous-chefto join our amazing team

This position is for an enthusiastic individual interested in real food who wants to experiment with new techniques and preparations in order to offer our guests food that is well beyond their expectations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Hands on execution of line service
  • Development of cooking procedures to maintain consistency
  • Routine food inventory
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness with HACCP procedures


  • 1 years experience as a Sous-chef culinary leader in a professional environment
  • Opportunity to work with european head chef. Red seal certification not necessary
  • Passion for the culinary arts and dedicated to local ingredients
  • Effective communication skills with management and staff
  • Ability to supervise, train and motivate staff
  • Food safe
