Health Standards Organization (HSO) is looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer reporting to the Controller for the accurate and timely fulfillment of HSO’s financial operations in issuing invoices and statements to clients, as well as processing and monitoring incoming payments. Let’s break it down. Your responsibilities include:
In-depth understanding of the Accounts Receivable cycle and applicable internal controls, ability to apply your knowledge to meet operational challenges while providing outstanding customer service to internal and external clients.
Crossing your T’s and dotting your I’s when verifying client accounts and working with other documentation related to Accounts Receivable, in accordance with established policies and procedures.

You have a unique history. Does it include the education and experience listed below?
University degree or College diploma in Accounting, Business or similar field;
2 years of Accounts Receivable Experience;
Having an eye for details;
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail;
Have great technical chops (Dynamics GP or other ERP systems, intermediate Excel, Microsoft 365);
You thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Have industry knowledge and experience (public and/or private health care, in Canada or globally).
Have experience with ERP implementation.
Have experience with Project Accounting.
Are highly organized, boundlessly energetic, detail-oriented, and analytically curious.
Know your way around data systems, specifically Dynamics GP and Sage 300.
Bilingual in both oral and written English and French.
