Position Overview
As a Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for our guests. You will work with the team to prepare food, serve customers, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the restaurant operates smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food according to Tahini’s standards and recipes
- Assemble shawarmas, wraps, bowls, salads, and other menu items
- Operate the POS/cash register and process payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging when required
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work efficiently during busy periods
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer requests professionally
- Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
- Work as part of a team and support coworkers when needed
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain food quality standards
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks
- Food Safe certification is an asset

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
