A day in the life:
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendar
- Opportunity to work with pediatric hearing clinic
- Support patients through the process of applying for third party funding
- Verifying insurance coverage and assisting clients with insurance claims
- Maintaining client records
- Assisting with filing, data entry, answering phones
- Ensuring the clinic is clean, organized and stocked
- Communicating effectively with clients and coworkers to ensure a positive experience for all!
What you bring:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role either in the healthcare or retail sector, or related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in other languages is a plus!
- Professional and personable individual with the ability to build trust, most often with a senior demographic
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast pace environment
- Strong organizational and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn various systems and applications
- A passion for helping others live life to its fullest potential
- A positive energy and can-do attitude!
