- Popcorn ceiling removal with clean, controlled execution
- Your own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
- Crews who show up on time, communicate clearly, and maintain a tidy jobsite
- No personal branding — you’ll represent our company on all projects
- Ability to follow detailed scopes and deliver high‑quality results consistently
