Compensation
- Year 1: $75,000 – $85,000
- Year 2: $85,000 – $95,000
- Year 3: $100,000+
- 100% commission
- Uncapped earnings
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and self-generated leads
- Build and grow your personal book of business
- Attend events and close deals
- Present tailored insurance solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- LLQP License (Required)
- Minimum 1 year sales or insurance experience
- Strong communication and closing ability
- High work ethic and performance mindset
- Willingness to operate in a high-output environment
Pay: $80,000.00-$91,000.00 per year
