Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong driving skills, physical stamina, and the ability to handle heavy loads efficiently. The Delivery Driver plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products to customers and warehouses
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or manual handling techniques, ensuring proper handling of heavy items
- Verify delivery orders and ensure accuracy of shipments before departure
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
- Assist with moving inventory within the warehouse using forklifts or other equipment as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Complete delivery documentation accurately and on time

- $20.00 minimum per delivery
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred; valid driver’s license required
- Experience with commercial driving, warehouse operations, or logistics is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically handle cargo safely
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
- Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is a plus
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Good driving record and knowledge of safety regulations related to transportation and cargo handling
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing schedules or routes

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
