- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members
- Manage time effectively to ensure coverage across sales areas during shifts
- Follow phone etiquette protocols when interacting with customers via calls or inquiries
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or customer service roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
