RMC Solutions is an authorized TELUS Business partner. We help companies across Canada cut their mobility costs and run their communications effectively. We're a small, fast moving team, and we're growing.
This is a phone first outbound role. You'll spend your day reaching business owners and operators, having quick but impactful conversations about how TELUS can help their business, and booking qualified meetings for our account executives.
We hire this role with the intention of promoting out of it. Reps who perform move into closing seats where the earnings are significantly higher.
What you'll do
- Make a high volume of outbound calls
- Open conversations with business owners and decision makers
- Qualify interest and book meetings that turn into deals
- Keep your pipeline clean and your notes tight in our CRM
- Take coaching seriously. We review calls and we help you get better every week
Who does well here
- You're comfortable on the phone and you don't take "no" personally
- You're competitive and you like a scoreboard
- You communicate clearly and sound like a real person, not a script
- You're organized and you follow through
- You want a base you can count on and real upside on top of it
- Sales or phone based experience is a plus, but attitude and coachability matter more
No degree required. No specific prior industry required. If you can hold a confident conversation with a business owner and you want to earn based on results, we want to talk.
Compensation and career path
- Base: $18.00 per hour, guaranteed, paid biweekly. 35 hours per week.
- Performance bonuses: Reps who consistently hit their targets land in the $22 to $25 per hour range. The exact threshold and bonuses are covered in the interview, so there are no surprises.
- Account Executive: We hire in this role to promote out of it. Top performers graduate inside 12 months. Second year Account Executives here are typically in the $6,250 to $8,500 per month range and up.
There is no waiting list and no ambiguity in how that happens. You hit the production standard, you get the promotion.
