Overview
Fort Sands Construction is looking for a Concrete Specialist to join our company to expand our Calgary team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with all types of construction on condos and commercial buildings.
You must have your own tools, a valid driver’s license and a reliable truck. We offer a competitive wage for the right experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform concrete placement, pouring, and finishing for multi‑family and commercial projects
- Set up and remove formwork, and install rebar or reinforcement materials
- Read and follow construction drawings, specifications, and site instructions
- Operate concrete tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure quality, durability, and proper curing of all concrete work
Requirements
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
