Golder has a new opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Geotechnical Engineering Division on a short contract basis at our Whitby location.

An overview of your role will include:
Filing, copying, scanning, and collating documents;
Inputting and editing data in Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.);
Formatting documents and presentations;
Typing notes/minutes/letters;
In addition, to the above stated duties you will be expected to assist other Administrative Assistants in the office as required.

You will have a background in:
1-2 years experience providing administrative support in an office environment;
Good organizational skills (record keeping, time management, follow up);
Good communication skills (listening, speaking and writing);
Good problem solver with the ability to identify alternative solutions;
Team player;
The ability to take directions;
Flexible, can-do attitude; an
Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
