Receptionist
It is the responsibility of the Receptionist to provide professional, courteous, and effective customer service. This individual answers and routes calls, greets customers and assists the management team as needed.

Pay$20-22/CAD
The Receptionist reports to the Loan Funding Supervisor.
Responsibilities

Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies and in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.

Reconciles bank statement each morning
-
Page employees who are requested by customer either in person or via telephone.

Process customer payments accurately and securely.

Generate wholesale Bills of Sale and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.

Transfer phone calls to appropriate parties promptly and accurately.

Take phone messages when needed and ensure they are received by the appropriate person.

Complete and review Bank Deposits
-
Process vehicle terminations
-
Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom.

Other duties as assigned.
