About the role
This is an entry-level position at our 50,000 sq ft automated fabrication facility in Guelph,
with easy access to the 401 and Hwy 6 North. You'll learn the fundamentals of our steel
fabrication process and progress into more specialized roles based on your performance
and interests.
All successful applicants receive MLITSD (Ministry of Labour)-approved training to ensure
safe operation of our equipment and processes.
What you'll do
- Industrial painting and surface preparation
- Material handling using forklifts and overhead cranes
- Loading and shipping preparation
- Processing materials on a saw or shear
- Assisting with CNC/Plasma machine operation and maintenance as needed

Experience:
- Industrial painting: 2 years (required)
- Overhead Crane: 2 years (preferred)
Hours: Monday-Thursday – 6:55 AM-4:25 PM
Friday 6:55 AM-11:55 AM/3:25 PM
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
