Social media isn’t just about scheduling posts every day: We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to help us create buzz, gain followers, and find influencers within our key markets. Our Social Media Manager must be creative, driven, and constantly discovering and testing new ways to post and promote multimedia content across all major social media networks.
i-Sight is the leader in case management software across a variety of industries, and we want our social media to be fresh, engaging, interactive, cutting edge and informative. This role will work closely with our content team find new ways to share articles, webinars, and educational resources across our social media accounts and to grow our audience. This role will also work with our HR team to create recruitment-related content to share on social media accounts.
Help develop creative social media strategies to build our audience and increase brand affinity
Create engaging, multimedia social media posts across all social channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
Work closely with our writers to find headlines, key lessons, and eye-popping details from our library of resources that will impress our followers and grow our audience
Find and develop relationships with experts and influencers across various relevant fields
Monitor and report on social media metrics
Stay on the pulse of new social media channels, post formats, media, and social media strategies to continually improve our engagement and follower count
Support monthly webinars by creating landing pages, slides, promoting on social media, and any other related tasks.
Supporting advertising team by creating original content or promoting existing posts on social media.
Help coordinate PR program and trade shows as those strategies develop.
Supporting HR team by creating recruitment-focused content on social media channels.
Two years' experience managing social media
Excellent writing and communication skills
Organized and able to work with a content calendar
Some multimedia or design skills.
Assets (Nice to Have):
Experience managing PR in any capacity is a major asset
A desire to learn design, video editing, and develop multimedia skills
