We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who is clinically strong, personable, professional, and committed to creating an elevated patient experience.
About the Role
This role is ideal for a hygienist who values both clinical quality and patient comfort. We are currently looking for someone with evening availability.
You will provide comprehensive hygiene care while helping patients feel informed, respected, and well looked after. We are looking for someone who can build trust, educate clearly, and contribute to a calm, professional, high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental hygiene care
- Complete hygiene assessments and periodontal charting
- Perform scaling, polishing, fluoride, and other hygiene services as appropriate
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and ongoing care
- Support periodontal therapy and maintenance protocols
- Document treatment accurately
- Communicate clearly with dentists and the clinical team
- Help create a comfortable, luxury-level patient experience
- Maintain infection prevention and control standards
- Support a fast-paced, professional office environment
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Warm, polished, and professional communication style
- Patient-first mindset
- Ability to educate patients without sounding rushed or transactional
- Dental software experience preferred
- ClearDent experience is an asset
- Strong team attitude
- Commitment to high-end service standards
Schedule
Eleven Dental is open 7 days a week.
Office hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Full-time and part-time schedules may be available. Evening and weekend availability is an asset.
