We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them finding their clothing needs.
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cashiering and cash handling
- Provide product knowledge related to the items in our store
- Maintain merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized presentation of products
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness
- Promote store promotions and special offers to maximize sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising, and cash handling procedures
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Passion for gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $18.25 per hour
