Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Barista located in Niagara Falls, ON. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with food preparation. Daily tasks also include providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction by engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Experience in Barista duties and Food Preparation
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and passion for coffee and literature
- Previous experience in a café or similar setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler Certificate is a plus
