About the Role
We are hiring a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join a fast-paced food service team operating in the Airport area of Mississauga. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality meals under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards and recipes
- Work efficiently across multiple kitchen stations as part of the line (grill, fry, prep, assembly)
- Ensure food is prepared quickly, accurately, and consistently during busy service periods
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times
- Follow proper kitchen procedures and health regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with prep work, restocking, and closing duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a high-volume kitchen preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
