Office Administrator
Bluewater Pools, Spas, Patio Furniture is searching for an Administrative Assistant to work in a very busy environment.
You must take on initiative, be positive and willing to work with a team and provide Bluewater customers with amazing customer service.
Job Requirements:
-Answer a very busy phone line
-Book pool and spa service, order parts, create service invoices, take payments using POS system, submit warranty paperwork/parts and create excel spreadsheets.
-You must have two years clerical service
-Quoting customers
-Proficient in excel
-Pool and spa experience preferred but training is provided.
-Willingness to learn and expand with company developments.
-Ability to work cooperatively in team atmosphere
-Maintain a positive attitude, while executing excellent customer service and communication skills.
Wage depending on experience
Off season hours Monday-Saturday 10am-4pm
Busy season May-September 9am-5pm
Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal
Salary: From $18.00 per hour or based on experience.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
