ESTHETICIANS - Still waiting for a salon that helps to build your career too?
You've got 2+ years in hair removal and skincare. You deliver a calm, confident service every time - and guests leave feeling really cared for. You know your products, you recommend with a reason, and you take ownership: clean station, clean tools, clean records.
You're looking for a busy, fast-paced salon with a genuinely supportive team.
This is a FULL-TIME, permanent role at Tips Nail Bar + Beauty.
Please do not apply if you are currently in school or returning to school.
Candidates must live in Toronto, within 15km of the salon.
Who you are
- Certified Skin / Wax Expert with strong energy, positive attitude, and real confidence
- Minimum 2 years hair removal experience
- Minimum 2 years skin care experience
- Strong technique across legs, arms, underarms, bikini, and facial waxing
- Solid knowledge of skin types, analysis, and facial work (including facial massage and exfoliation)
- Hungry to learn our product lines properly, not "I sell when I remember," but someone who owns the why behind every recommendation
- Proven guest experience + product recommendation / retail track record
- Clear communicator- chair-side and at the front desk / phone when needed
- Detail-obsessed, team player, owns cleanliness without being asked
- Self-accountable - you track what you recommend, you follow standards, and you don't need to be chased
What you'll do
- Deliver excellent waxing and skincare services, every guest, every time
- Run our method of facials: skin analysis, treatment, massage, exfoliation
- Educate on aftercare so results last and clients rebook
- Learn and master our product lines - features, benefits, and how each one solves a real client problem
- Recommend and retail with conviction - product education is part of the service, not an optional extra
- Own your product accountability - know your numbers, hit your recommendation standard, and show up prepared for huddles and coaching
- Keep digital treatment and product notes accurate
- Sanitize and maintain your space + equipment to our standard
- Support salon cleanliness and the small things you notice need attention
- Jump in on front desk / phone communication when the floor needs it
