KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough inspections of aerospace parts and assemblies using precision measurement tools and visual examination techniques as per the established processes.
- Document inspection results accurately and report any non-conformances or defects to the quality team for corrective action.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Complete accurate records on paper and information system, including inspection reports, training records, equipment maintenance logs, continuous improvement initiatives and corrective action for continuous improvement.
Support audits (internal, customer, regulatory) and ensure audit readiness.

MUST HAVE
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environment.

- Experience with SAP.
- IPC 610 and IPC 620 certification is an asset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings/weekends, based on production demands.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision while making critical quality decisions.
- Required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with Honeywell environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies.
- Ability to operate and work with precision measurement instruments.
- Must maintain high levels of attention to detail to support a zero-defect manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams on the shop floor.
- Ability to document inspection results accurately
- Comfortable working in a regulated aerospace environment, including audit readiness and traceability requirements.
Willingness to work require shifts or extended hours as needed by business.

The annual base salary range for this position is $54,000 to $60,000 in Mississauga, ON. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
