PART-TIME SERVER — HANK DADDY’S BARBECUE (VAUGHAN)

Hank Daddy’s is a family-owned Kansas City–style smokehouse built on warm service, slow-smoked comfort food, and a dining room that feels like home. We’re looking for a friendly, polished, experienced server who’s confident on the floor, comfortable behind the bar, and able to host with ease when needed.
Weekend availability is required.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with warm, attentive hospitality
- Serve cocktails, beer & bourbon responsibly (Smart Serve required)
- Work confidently behind the bar when needed
- Host and greet guests, manage waitlist flow, and set the tone at the door
- Guide guests through our menu and offer thoughtful recommendations
- Take accurate phone and take-out orders
- Keep service and bar areas tidy, stocked, and guest-ready
- Support teammates to keep service smooth and friendly
- Complete opening and closing duties with consistency and care
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years serving experience in a busy, full-service restaurant
- Comfortable bartending simple cocktails, beer, and bourbon pours
- Confident hosting and greeting guests with a warm, welcoming tone
- Smart Serve certification
- Strong communicator who creates a comfortable, friendly guest experience
- Dependable, efficient, and steady under pressure
- Team-oriented with a genuine, positive attitude
