Position Summary
The OSC Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the out-of-school care program, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children. This role includes supervising staff, planning activities, maintaining compliance with licensing regulations, and building strong relationships with families.
