Naz's Pharmacy are looking for Care Aide to join the Home Monitoring Program to provide local neighborhoods and communities with excellent pharmacy services.

We are currently looking to fill full time and part time for Registered care Aide IMMEDIATELY in our Surrey locations.

Your role as a Care Aide in our Home Monitoring Program is to provide our clients with the support and nursing care they rely on to remain living in the community. As one of our Care Aide, you will visit patients in their homes to administer and witness their care.
The work you will perform will be medication-focused and will not involve ADL’s, transferring or personal care.
Please note that this position requires a driver’s license and care aide license.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Visiting patients in the community
- Administering medications (orally, creams, patches)
- Performing patient specific assessments (ie: Blood glucose monitoring, Blood Pressure monitoring)
- Interpreting assessment data to adjust medications accordingly
- Acting in acute situations according to pre-set company protocols
- Noting changes in behavior for mental health patients
- Documentation of all interventions and assessment data
- Submitting daily reports to Manager and pharmacies
- Following up with Manager regarding significant assessment data
- Actively participating in patients’ healthcare outcomes
- NO assistance with personal care or ADL’s
- NO overnight shifts
We are looking for Registered Care Aides with the following qualities:

- Strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work in an independent, self-driven environment
- Enthusiasm to contribute positively in the community in a healthcare setting

- Criminal Record Check will be requested upon successful offer
Hours
- Morning shifts.
- Monday- Sunday shifts available.
- Shifts timings 7am to 2pm
