Position Overview
LMT Property Care is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Property Care Technician & Sales Representative to help grow our premium exterior glass cleaning division.
This position combines hands-on property care services with customer service, lead generation, and sales support. Successful applicants will enjoy working outdoors, interacting with homeowners and business owners, and taking pride in delivering exceptional results.
This role offers opportunities for advancement as the division grows throughout Saskatchewan.
Primary ResponsibilitiesProperty Care Services
- Exterior window cleaning
- Glass deck railing cleaning
- Sunroom glass cleaning
- Commercial glass cleaning
- Property inspections
- Equipment setup and maintenance
- Before and after photo documentation
- Job site cleanup and organization
Customer Service
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Conduct final walkthroughs
- Answer customer questions
- Address concerns professionally
- Maintain company service standards
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Distribute flyers in assigned areas
- Participate in door-to-door marketing campaigns
- Generate residential and commercial leads
- Book consultations when appropriate
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Support local marketing initiatives
Lil Miss Tinter Support
When required, team members may assist with:
- Property consultations
- Measuring windows
- Customer appointments
- Lead follow-up
- Administrative support
- Additional company services
No tinting experience is required. Training will be provided where applicable.
QualificationsRequired
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
