Your Responsibilities
- Guide buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the real estate transaction process
- Conduct property showings, client consultations, and market evaluations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Consistently follow up with leads and appointments provided by the team
- Prepare, present, and negotiate offers and contracts professionally
- Stay informed about market trends and opportunities in the Mississauga real estate market
- Generate additional business through networking, referrals, and relationship building
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, communication, and client service
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Real Estate License or currently completing the licensing process
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and implement proven systems
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Reliable transportation
