We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to inspect our cabinet and millwork projects in both our manufacturing shop and construction sites.
This position is focused on quality control and deficiency prevention. You do not need to be a cabinetmaker or carpenter, but you must have a strong eye for detail and be able to follow inspection checklists.
Responsibilities
- Shop Inspections
- Verify cabinets are complete before shipment
- Check for damage, missing parts, and finish defects
- Confirm correct materials, hardware, and edge banding
- Ensure projects match drawings and specifications
- Complete quality control checklists
Site Inspections
- Visit active construction sites
- Verify cabinets are installed level, plumb, and square
- Create deficiency lists with photos
- Track deficiencies until corrected
- Communicate issues to installers and management
Requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet
- Able to read basic drawings and checklists
- Valid driver's license
- Construction experience is an asset but not required

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
