Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. You will work closely with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their devices are functioning optimally. Duties
- Diagnose issues with mobile devices, including hardware and software problems.
- Perform repairs on various mobile devices, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Troubleshoot software issues across different operating systems such as iOS, Android, Windows, and MacOS.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering solutions.
- Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols during repairs.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements in mobile devices.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending accessories or services that enhance customer experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in computer hardware repair or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with retail sales practices is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems including iOS and Android.
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting for various platforms (Windows, MacOS).
- Ability to analyze technical issues effectively and provide timely solutions.
- Experience working with mobile devices in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
