Duties
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Prepare and assemble menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, plating, and garnishing, to support kitchen operations
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by managing meal assembly and replenishing supplies as needed
- Ensure cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless food service and uphold high standards of quality
Experience
- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations within the food industry
- Experience in meal preparation or cooking demonstrates a strong foundation for this role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer interaction
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including basic cooking techniques and food presentation standards
