Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Prepare and maintain supplies needed for cleaning tasks to ensure efficiency
- Assist and adhering to safety standards
- Organize and manage cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing guests requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards by adhering to proper cleaning protocols
- Communicate effectively with guests to understand specific needs and preferences
- Supervisor Housekeeping in afternoons, weekends or when needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for bilingual communication
- Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
