The Parts Advisor position at Prestige Collision & Glass Kelowna entails a wide range of parts procurement and handling opportunities.
The parts person plays an integral roll in the processing of repairs through the collision centre. Attention to detail, timelines, and general good dealings with suppliers will ensure repairs move smoothly through the facility. Parts area organization is key to making sure the job is as seamless as possible while ensuring parts are provided to production personal as required.

Responsibilities:
- Adhering to processes and procedures.
- Assist with daily inventory, receiving, stocking and returns.
- Mirror matching new parts to damaged parts
- Preparing vehicle parts carts for vehicle repairs
- Process returns of incorrect parts
- Repair materials, inventory control and ordering
- Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner
- Enter invoices, credit memos, and return slips into the system
