Receptionist/Office Assistant

Anchor is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to handle client-facing duties as well as general office tasks. When our customers walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
  • Answer the switchboard in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct personnel
  • Filing
  • Mail distribution
  • Data entry
  • Other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications required:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 - 2 years office experience
  • Computer skills proficiency including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
